Believe it or not, but we have almost made it through 2020. As the year wraps up, many organizations and their employees are busy working on year-end processes and reporting.

We are now over six months into this new COVID-19 world and we’re adjusting to the socially distanced life online. While some are returning to the office, most workplaces are either remaining entirely virtual or still limiting large gatherings.

Many organizations launch surveys each year to understand and improve employee satisfaction and engagement. Unfortunately, oftentimes, very little is done with the information that is gleaned from these surveys.

COVID-19 continues to negatively impact individuals, organizations, and communities across the globe. Organizations have worked hard to respond to COVID-19 over the past few months to ensure the safety of their employees, clients, and customers.
