Surveys have become a popular way to gain insights into a variety of topics. However, the distribution of a survey is often given little consideration and is not supported by a detailed plan.

Hiring a new employee can often be an overwhelming task. You have to make sure the job description is up to date, that you have the capacity to hire and train, sort through applications, conduct interviews, and make tough hiring decisions.

To make informed decisions regarding their market, clients, and employees, organizations often look for ways to collect information about their people. This could include learning about their experiences, motivators, or needs, just to name a few.
